If you don't mind me asking, what brand of rims are you buying and how much $? I've also been wanting to upgrade but haven't yet...

Thank you

Jason

Jason I have forgotten the brand but will post tomorrow. I got the quote last year and they are still the same 1488.00. They will give me trade in value in the four steel rims but needed to see them again before giving me a price.

While on the subject of wheel covers, there is another blasted problem that I have had with them. The steel wheels do distort as the weight transfers when moving, This causes the edge of the wheel cover to rub against the edge of the steel wheel. There is a thin rubber gasket that is glued on the cover to prevent metal on metal. Unfortunately this sometimes tears off and LOL what and awful sound when pulling into the RV park with your nice motorhome. I resorted to glue some felt patches along the rim with some success. Another vote for aluminum wheels,

Well it seems that the rims don't come with hub covers and lug not covers and my studs are not long enough to work so right now it looks like this. Click image for larger version
