RV Way in Cicero, NY

Has anyone had any work done at RV Way (may also be know as Seven O's) on Brewerton Rd (RT 11) in Cicero, NY? I am going there to get my awning replaced and wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them (good or bad).

We bought our TT there and have had it in twice for warranty work. Very happy with their service work. They are always busy, and getting warranty work approved and then getting the parts in can be a hastle, but they took care of everything and got it done reasonably fast.

The techs in the service department are friendly and very patient with my usual list of questions. It's a family run operation with a lot of long term employees. You should be in good hands.

I also purchased our TT from RV Way. Always a pleasure to work with including some warranty work I needed done before it expired. Took a while to get the parts in, but the work was superb.
