Anybody add a safe to your Rig. If so where did you put it and where did you purchase it?

I've got two. One in washer closet and the other in the right side of the main closet. Why do I have two? One for the laptops and the other for any other valuables. Know that these will slow down a committed thief, but are not foolproof. Since I don't full time, I don't carry a ton of valuables with me.

Put one in the right hand side of the closet, picked it up at Lowes. Bolted it down, but if someone with a pry bar wants it, it's gone. just makes it a bit harder.

I put mine inside the closet, lower right hand corner. It's bolted down but...

I got it from Amazon.

We thought about it - and had we put one in, probably in the closet or under the bed.

Problem is, short of welding the darn thing to the frame, it is not going to stop anyone. AND anyone who is brazen enough to break into your rig at a campground will have the resources to pop the safe from whatever you secured it to.

So...our "Safe" is our TV. And my "real" safe is the S&W .40cal I carry - which can be taken off safe rather quickly

(BTW you CAN buy safes that bolt to the frame in your TV--either center console or under the back seat.)

Bought one at Home Depot. Measured it's size and cut out a section of carpeting on the right side of the floor of the closet and used heavy duty construction adhesive to secure it.

Make sure you pay attention to the orientation of the safe.

I put my valuables in the oven.

It's never used and nobody will think to look in there.

There is only 3 valuable things in my TT.

Me, the BOSS and the remote control.

Only 1 of them can be replaced and the other 2 won't fit.
