Is there a difference in the installation wiring between the Winegard Trav'ler and Roadtrip Mission?

I did have a mission and then I went to the traveler. on the mission it uses just 12 volt and the traveler uses 120 volt. I want the traveler so I could record one channel and watch another at the same time. if it was me I would use the traveler.

I have the Roadtrip already. I was told that the Sat-prep and location could not be used with the existing wiring. Is that true?
