X2 on contacting them. I have the Scan Gauge II for my 6.0 and love it. The company and members of Ford 6.0l forums had worked together to figure all the codes to enter so I'm able to monitor ever input and output practically of the PCM. To say the least it's a real lifesaver and a piece of mind. You do need to know the normal parameters of the inputs to know when something is going wrong but you remember them easily.
