I could see that. Never see full time here. Live on the farm I was born on. Guess I’ll just die on it at some point too.
We have several friends in our Florida park that full time. Seems to work well for most of them.

Hard wired power cord reel in our Berk XL and yes, there is an app that will put your slides out just by tapping your phone!!

As for the Power Cord Reel - I can see real value in that thing if you camp in lower temperatures. We were caught in some mid-30's weather on the way to Canada and MAN does that power cord get STIFF!
