Slide cover billowing up temp fix

If you read my punch-list post I had an issue with the slide cover billowing up on the couch slide. Here is my temporary fix. The wind was howling! I had to hold on to the A/C unit when I got on the roof. My kids checked on me to make sure I did not fall off the roof at one point.

So I felt like MacGyver with my temporary fix - a hitch pin, and allen wrench, zip ties and electrical tape. It did the trick! I just made sure I un-did it before I put the slide out.

Spring Break Trip (with a few Pics)

Littleton to Bryce Canyon to Zion National Park to Las Vegas to Tube City Arizona (we had to sleep) to Pagosa Springs and back to Littleton via Walsenburg on the way home. Thank goodness we went that way as I-70 via Vail was getting slammed with snow.

In Fruita Colo - family's house.

Our Toad was a mess! I got the tow dolly for $400 off of Craigslist - worked great! Yes - I need new fenders...

14% grade after coming through 10" of snow - Highway 12 Utah.

Red Sand Dunes in Utah
