Thats nuts! In a MH? With a Freightliner chassis? My lightweight 5er has more CCC that your Berkie? That can't be right? I'm thinking there is a zero missing from your "1022"

Slide out cargo tray
We are full timers with a 2014 390BH-60 and have a loaded rig. I had a 4 corner weigh at FL Gaffney, in June. With full fuel, 1/2 tank of water and probably 1/2 tank black and gray. We weighed in just under 30k. This weight was used to adjust the air bags and determine the tire inflation. What are all of you carrying that makes you concerned over GVW?

You have a -60; most of us poor folks have a -40 with a GVWR of 27,910 lbs. Your GVWR is 29,410 (I believe). So you are around the limit - Hank

There has to be a typo on that sticker, Only the new tag axle is up in that range for OCCC.

Hank with the upgraded tires and air bags do you know how much more the CC is rated. I should just go look at my own stickers. I'm thinking because my coach came from the factory with the res. fridge that maybe the upgrades were just done on the build.

It's on the clear slider section of the screen door. Just like Dan-nickie wrote.

Amazing how many times I've gone in and out of the coach and not paid any attention to this yellow sticker.

How funny is it that Joe has less cargo capacity than I do. Mine is a 340. So.... Don't pay much attention to the yellow stickers. Everyone no matter what you are buying should weigh the RV BEFORE THEY BUY. It doesn't matter if it's a Pervost or a pop-up. Don't put your trust in a yellow sticker.
Of course no one does and anyone buying won't see this post.

Phil it's not funny . I probably weigh more than you also, so there's more weight I can't carry . Some of the difference in the coaches could be mine leaving the factory with the residential fridge. Your thoughts?

After looking at the photos of folks Yellow Stickers, I am beginning to suspect jegstrup was mis-reading the KG weight and not the LBS weight of his sticker. 1022 KG would be about 2,250 LBS which is still pretty low IMO, but is more in line with what others are reporting.
We will be going fulltime in 2018, and have been seriously considering the Tag Axel Berkie. However, if a $200K tag axel MH on a Freightliner chassis can't carry as much cargo as a $80K Toy Hauler (a Vengeance can carry 4,400LBS) something is seriously wrong with this picture.

Joe it may not be funny but you missed the point. The yellow stickers are not accurate at all. You have weighed your MH so you know exactly what you have in cargo capacity. I have as well. It's the ones that buy (like me and you) that didn't weigh it first that are in for a surprise. I have no complaints in my cargo capacity. I wish sometimes I had more GCVW but it is limited by the 2500 transmission. Nothing I can do.
As for the residential fridge weighing more than an Ammonia fridge I have heard both are heavy. I'm not sure which one is heavier.
I'm almost positive you have much more cargo capacity than I do.

Slide out cargo tray
Bob a tag Berkshire is going to have all the cargo you want to haul. As in anything check it out. As I see it the Tag Berkshire weak spot will be the 3000 Allison Transmission. Check the GCVW for that transmission.
We full time and do fine in a 340 Berkshire. A tag would be way better but at some point you are hauling more stuff you may or most likely don't need.

My yellow sticker also states 25,762 lbs dry weight and 1,344 allowed for occupants and cargo.
jegstrup, you also mentioned that your tires will only do 5,600 lbs. You need to consider what your tires will support and what your chassis will support.
For Michelin 255/80R225 XRV tires:
Steer axle tire maximum is 5205 lbs @ 110 psi.
A rear axle tire is derated to 4805 lbs at 110 psi.
So the XRV's will support 10,410 lbs front and 19,220 lbs rear.
For Michelin 275/80R225 ZXE2 tires:
Steer axle tire maximum is 6175 lbs @ 110 psi.
A rear axle tire is derated to 5675 lbs at 110 psi.
So the ZXE2 will support 12,350 lbs front and 22,700 lbs rear.
Now for the chassis.
340hp: GAWR(F) 10,410, GAWR(R) 17,500, GVWR 27,910
360hp: GAWR(F) 10,410, GAWR(R) 19,000, GVWR 29,410
Now if your unit had the steer axle upgrade, add 1,590 lbs
jegstrup, as I started this post I gave you my original sticker; much like yours. However, I had the tires and steer axle upgrade. To carry anything you need this upgrade. Note that when the tires are changed, the speedometer needs to be recalibrated.
One last point, I have compared the Bill of Materials of the -40 and -60 rear axle air bags and brakes and found them the same. I typically run at 18,000 lbs on the rear axle. - Hank

Phil,
Thanks for the words of wisdom - greatly appreciated!
We may wind up not going with the Tag (I am still running the numbers) but we are pretty positive that a MH is the way to go fo a fulltimer (versus a 5th wheel or Toy Hauler) -- comments would be appreciated however
