Slide out help.

I have a 2012 390bh. The bottom of kitchen slide needs to be adjusted. The top of the slide closes tight. The bottom has a about a 1/2 gap between the gasket. It is allowing water to get in while driving in the rain. I looked at the hydraulic ram and it looks like I just have to adjust it. But prior to doing that I was hoping someone here had more knowledge. Any suggestions??

Here's a link to the LCI hydraulic slide owners manual. The adjustments are outlined in it... http://lci1.com/assets/content/suppo...de-out-web.pdf

I think the Berkshires use Equalizer hydraulic slide mechanisms.

This link should help:

klucas,
I have the same issue with the living room-dinette slide. I am hoping that I can get it adjusted also.

I was able to get the bottom sealed good. I had to bring it in about a 3/4 inch. The ram had a adjustment nut on it. I just had to adjust it in the same amount and it moved in the bottom. My next drive in heavy rain should give me the answer if it worked or not.
