Who is the Mfg of the slide outs with the cable system in our Berks ?

Make sure your cables have some slack in them. Mine came from the factory w/o any slack and I broke the gear motor. I'm not sure if there is a direct cause and effect but the slide retracts more smoothly now with less noise with some play in the cables. I believe I read on the link posted by fonzie that some slack was recommended.
