United RV in Fort Worth installed my plates. They said that they called FR and got instructions on how to do it.
It did involve jacking the slides up slightly as you have mentioned.

Hey guys, is this a problem specific to the 390BH. I've got a 390FL and haven't noticed any issues, but have not really checked.

Inquiring minds want to know what is complicated about the installation?

I don't think so. I've got a 390RB and have some indications. Emailed Randy and he has told me to keep an eye on the roller tracks. I have and have recently seen the aft most roller on my kitchen slide (14 ft slide) deepen and have requested the plates.

edgewant, I believe if you would place a 2x4 on top of the jack under the plywood that would give sufficient support while installing the plates.

Cajun:

I was looking for instructions from FR so that I can do it "by the book". I don't want anything to become an issue down the road should some other defect on this slide become apparent.

I'll try to find out when I go pick up my Berk, if I ever get to pick it up. Going on two weeks now that they have it.
