Are the aluminum plates the ones that were recommended to you?
The warranty approval hasn't come back yet as approved, but it has been submitted by Lazydays to FR. Is 24" what FR is recommending to you?

I'm trying to find out if the installation of the plates are free. I got my plates in but not sure what I need to do now.

Just curious, it seems that the complaints are coming from RB and BH models. I haven't checked mine yet, but has anyone with the FL had a problem? I'll try to check mine this weekend.

They installed mine under warranty!! FR covered everything because it is a known issue.

Jason mine is out of factory warranty. So I'm not sure. I've tried emailing Randy, but he has not replied as of yet.

I wouldn't worry about it they are recall fix's to your problem and the dealer should install them. They knew that buy the weight of the slides there would be a problem, by them sending them to you at no cost is there way of there short comings,

edge, where the rollers rest while the slide is in, the indentions are about an eighth inch. Along the rollers path while operating the slide, they are about a sixteenth.

jmgllt, not sure which model years are affected. I have a 2013 390BH.
edge, the only contact I had with Randy was through emails. I emailed him about the issue when Jason made this post. He asked me a few questions on a reply email. A few weeks later the plates arrived at my house. No instructions on what to do. I talked to one of the service writers at my dealer, he knew all about the issue and made me an appointment.
