Terrible! I haven't seen this yet, but that's a big cost, for sure...

There have been several reports of this. Some people have been successful in getting through to FR with results varying from them replacing things, to sending covers/you replace to smiling and wishing folks a "nice day".

What year is your coach?

Others have paid for replacement and upgrade to a better quality material, or just replaced the whole piece with something better with cupholders, lights and footrests.

Knock on genuine simulated wood, I have not had any problems yet.

If the warranty covers it, the replacements will do the same things in the same amount of time. I would replace the cheap junk with something better and move on.

Assuming they send out the same stuff. I have reason to believe that they had some bad batches and are now using different stuff.

Still waiting to hear what year OP's coach is.

Yeah, FR isn't gonna even want to talk to you. I would research replacing the whole piece and getting something better. Plenty of threads on the subject here.

Very common with "bonded leather" installed by FR and other mfgrs, and previously discussed here and other RV forums. I'm convinced a good quality vinyl is a better product. No real solution other than complete fabric replacement.

You can check with local upholstery shops to get the cost of reupholstering. However, in the long run, it may be better to just replace it with a better set. No matter what you do, you are going to have to spend something, anywhere from slipcovers to replacement. Just a matter of your pain tolerance.

The couch and theater seating/love seat do disassemble, for easier removal and installation. The pieces will fit out and in the door. Not a fun job, but doable.

2013 sportscoach 405FK. I contacted FR and as I was the original owner. They sent replacement covers ready to be put on. I have never done upholstery work, but the reality was it just installs with a staple gun, pretty much. Did all the work inside my coach including the driver and passenger chair. Took me about 3 days to complete. Ck out my thread on the issue, complete with pics. We'll see if the new material does same thing or not. It took 4 yrs for mine to start flaking.
