I haven't tried my engine gate lock yet, just guessing?? Maybe you have a secret safe under a trap door.

That is a padlock, could it be a tire lock?

Our first Berkshire had a separate key for the outside TV compartment. Might it be for that? (The new one has door, outside TV, storage compartments and engine compartment keyed alike.)

Not for tv compartment, have opened every compartment, same key all around. Going to come to Goshen, maybe one of the techs can tell me what it goes to.

We happen to have a Brinks receiver hitch lock, key 5868. The key is marked Brinks and the number. Did they give you a receiver lock by chance??

spare key

Did you buy your coach new? If not, maybe the previous owner had a lock on something and just left the key with the coach???

I just went around mine and looked at every lock I have.

Here is my list:
Cargo bay doors
Entrance door two different keys
Engine access doors
Ignition
Outside TV door
Fuel doors two but same key
Electrical bay door

That's all that came with mine. I did add a hitch for towing with another key.

Sounds like it might be for a safe.
Under the mattress of the master bed or in one of the cabinets behind a removable panel.
If true do not post the location here.

Fort Idaho,
If 3putt purchased the coach new, then it won't be for a safe. FR does not put a safe in their Berkshire coaches.

3putt,
not sure what that key would be for. Maybe for the safe at the dealers where you purchased the coach? If so, maybe you could bargain with him for the return of the key for some free stuff (LOL!).

Next time you go near a Walmart ..wait for a "Brinks" truck to pull up ..out front... & try the key on their back door

Guess at rally will have to have a contest to see what the key fits, will narrow it down it's not Bobs golf cart (but may be worth a try)
