Thanks in advance for the help!

I did the measurements and calc. quite awhile ago and think it was around 600 sq. ft with slides open.

I too had done it using a combination of FR outside dimensions combined with the physical dimensions of the extended slides. If I remember correctly it was approx 420 sqft. This is however greatly overstated since it includes a portion in front of the front dash as well as the portion behind the rear closest. Note the FR length goes from bumper to bumper and the width from the widest part of the exterior wall.
It is my belief that a realistic estimate.of true living space would be about 400 sqft or slightly below. This would make it similar to a 2.car garage.

I *Think* I was told by someone in the industry that no RV/MH could have over 400SQ FT of "Living Space" because if they did the coach would be required to meet HUD's housing standards.
What is defined as "Living Space" and/or if the story I was told about HUD is true are up for debate---would like to hear something authorative.

Ok I was bored so I got the tape out and took these measurements.
Cockpit area 8x8 =64
Living room kitchen 12x12=144
Front bath laundry 4x8=32
Bedroom 7X11=109
Back bath including closet 7x8=56
Total sq feet 405 not including the basement.
This is for a 2011 390 RB.

I did take the cockpit measurement from the very front of the windshield as it is inside the Moho.

Would this be considered common core math ?
Using inside measurements with out measuring I figure 8.25' x 38' = 313.5'
Front slide areas 4' x 12' = 48'
Rear slide areas 3' x 7' = 21'
Total 382.5 sq. ft.
Give or take a foot or so.

In the end you will find out that the square footage of a motorhome is MUCH more than those "Tiny Houses" you see on HGTV with a better use of space for a more affordable price.

Hopefully the same as you ! (4)
I figured 4 x 12 for front 1/2 for each side.
3 x 7 for rear again 1/2 for each side.
I didn't go out and measure. I'm sure your total is closer to actual than mine.

I think they are all different. My two front slides are 3.5x12 and 1.5x 12. The bedroom slides are both 1.5 X 5. Heck let's call it 400 sf and go have a beer.

Sounds close enough to me . Going to be a big change down sizing from 3000 sq ft. Where do you hide in 400 sq ft ?

A 45' Moho could easily be 450 sf or more.

The manufacturers have the exact, after several inquiries Dynamax informed me that my 3650 RL, 39 ft, three slides was 387 square feet.

I bet you are spot on!
X2 on big changes!! We will be downsizing from a 4500 SQ FT home with a 3 1/2 car garage Good news is we are gifting a buncha stuff to the kids, and renting a 10x15 inside storage shed while we FT for 5-ish years.
And don't worry too much--the 400 SQ FT is not taking into account the BOATLOAD of cabinets iin the Berkie. We were really amazed and the amount of storage space in the XLT when we toured the factory! And the Basement? OMG! if I recal correctly there is over 160 CF of storage space
