Squeaky entrance door

I think it is my entrance door vs. my screen door that makes an irritating 'squeak' while driving down the highway most of the time.

I tried adjusting the door, also made sure neither lock is causing the sound. I've lubed the latch and stud it engages on.

Any ideas will certainly be appreciated as we are looking at a 2500 mile trip in a week.
Thanks.

Join the club they all seem to squeak. Try to put a small piece of adhesive foam insulation at the top and bottom of the frame with the locks on it. Putting outward pressure seems to reduce the squeak.

Never mind the squeak, you can fix that. Tell us about your 2500 mile trip! Where you going?

I plan on leaving WI in 8-10 days headed for Quartzsite, AZ. I don't make the shortest trip so with all of my side trips it will be right at 2,500 miles to get to Quartzsite. Then from there I bounce around AZ every week or two to different locations. Don't plan to arrive back in WI until very late March or early to mid April.

Squeaky entrance door

I chased an annoying rattle/squeak for two months on my 2013 390RB. It seemed to be coming from the latch side of the door. After many attempts I finally found it to be the fender liner brace that attaches to the body near the door frame. There are two self tapping fasteners that are covered by spray in foam. They had backed out and were causing the squeaking.
