Step Wiring HELP

Greetings all. We have a 2014 Berk 390bh. The OEM step (Lipper) failed and LC1 was great to deal with and got me a replacement asap. But it appears they sent me a Kwikee for a replacement and when I got it all bolted up and plugged the new step into the coach wiring harness the step runs backwards. So anyone know what wires need to be reworked or.........?
Thanks all!

The door magnetic switch operates just the opposite of the Lippert. Switch open with door open and switch closed with door closed for the Kwikee. If you got a door switch with your kit and didn't swap it out this could be your issue. If you did swap it out the power wires for the motor could be reversed. Don't know if a Berk is any different than a GT.
