Let me ask this. Never being to an rv factory before do they build by hard fast prints to assure all coaches are done the same ? Is my coach exactly like any other 39RB ? What happens if Bill the master electrician is on vacation for a couple of weeks enjoying his Newmar, and he gets replaced by Billy Bob. Will that next coach in line be like the 5 previous ones wired by Bill ?

Ok just curious if the industry has a specific code / likeness from one brand to the next or if they all sort of do there own thing. I know all the coaches are different but when it come down to the meat and potato's are they not that different ?
When a companies buy the steps they install from the same vendor, that item will be the same across the board. It would not make sense to make them unique for each brand/model. So from smaller class C's to the larger class A diesel pushers, the only difference you are likely to encounter is the number of steps. Perhaps the mention of a "code" is in reference to the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association's standards for electrical, plumbing, heating and tire safety? See: RVIA.org
