Tankless Water Heater no Hot Water
Recently new to 2014 Class A RVs Recently purchesed a Used Berkshire 360QL unit with Tankless Water Heater issue....won't produce any hot water. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Gerard Systems GSWH-1

make sure the water valves are in the correct position, gas on , switch on , faucet on

They have been know to have a valve stick, is there a E1 error code at your display board? Mine did that and had to actually hit it to unstick it as per the manufacturer.

There are quite a few threads on here about that as well and I'm sure one of them will have your answer. Might even be as simple as the reset button which I'd fairly sensitive. Sometimes it is a matter of enough flow and pressure. Lots of folks don't use the pressure restricting device on the supply line and take the restrictors from the faucets. As mentioned earlier it may need just tapped. Also, they're susceptible to air lock and it's important to bleed out all the lines, including outside shower and washer/dryer ones before putting it on. Factory says they can air lock pretty easily those initial hook ups.

There is a triangular piece of metal on a short arm that is in the exhaust for the water heater. You can see it from the outside and it is called a 'sail switch'. You can move it back and forth a little to make sure that it moves freely. That needs to move to allow the water heater to fire up.

Not only does it need to move, the switch it operates needs to work. Multimeters are a wonderful thing.

No hot water
I have had to jiggle the wire harness on more that one occasion to get the circuit board to kick it. It's a pain in the "butt" but  happens occasionally.

You did not say how you are operating the water when wanting hot water. You have to turn on the hot water ONLY at first until it get hot. The system needs to sense the water flow before it begins lighting and heating the water. Then you can add cold water to adjust the temperature.
It took s a bit to get used to it when we first got ours but now we love it, and it too is a Gen 1 unit.

We like the looks of your camper as well.
We have owned a couple before this one and have seen many floor plans since purchasing this one and still keep coming back to this liking it better than anything else we see.

We use a routine of filling the kitchen sink, for dishes, with hot water which starts the tankless, and gets it hot without wasting the water, or the grey tank space.

Not only does the water heater have to sense the water flow, there must be at least 1.5 to 2.5 gallon per minute flow rate (learned the hard way mine wanted 2.5 gpm).
Once I upgraded to a full-flow water pressure regulator (initially had the cheapy Camco), the water heater has been running like a champ!

Where are the temperature sensors in a berkshire 38a. We have found one in the bedroom, but there must be another one in the living area. We have not found it/them
