Tannehill SP - Birmingham AL

Anyone ever stayed at this SP in their Class A??? I get mixed reviews when I try to find out - some say NO to a class A; others say YES....

Looks like yes, but spaces are close. Lots to see and explore. Book says up to 70ft, so class A's

shouldn't be a problem. We've not stayed there for what that's worth.

There was a semi tractor with a huge 5er in a site not far from us the last time we stayed there, so I'd have to say you'll be fine.

3rd weekend is Trade Day weekend. The campground is always full on that weekend. If you plan to be there for this you need to arrive no later than Tuesday the week before with the big rig.

Park in great location outside BHam. Stay there as overnight from LA back to Nashville. A little tight in a couple of places. Had an issue with bad ground that EMS shutdown power. Used extension cord to rob from another site. Reported issue to office, commented on budget cuts by state that was impacting maintenance.
