Thermostat/furnace problem

As I am bringing my new 2014 40BH home from Arizona, I encontered thermostat/furnace issues:
At night I set temperature to 68F in both zones and both furneses started to work the way they should. After a short while one of the furneses stopped working, while thermostat was still showing interior temperature in corresponding zone much lower then the set temperature (set temp was 68F and actual 60F). The only way to start that furnace again was to completely turn off thermostat and then turn it back on. In a short while the other turned stopped working and I had to reboot the thermostat again. Next night both furneses continued to stop working in the random order at random intervals requiring thermostat rebooting. Today, one of the furneses heated up its zone to set temperature of 68F and continued working nonstop until I noticed that actual temperature is 74F and had to shut it off manually.
Any idea what is wrong?

Thank you in advance!

Thermostat clock

Is your clock set? I am given to understand the thermostat can be erratic if time of day is not set.

The time definitely was not set. I will program it and run overnight to see if it makes a difference.

Thank you

My clock has been set and I have a similar problem with our 2014 400BH. It seems that our back furnace is the system that malfunctions consistently. Supposed to be going into the dealer Wednesday??

I had the dealer run it overnight and they see no problems. I hope it was just the clock on thermostat as we are planning to go into winter next week.
