This is where we spent the night after driving thru blinding snow the night before. Whitney Point rest stop on RT. 81 above Binghamton, NY. It was white knuckle driving to there Saturday night and even the ride home in the high winds on Sunday April 3rd.

I hate to gloat but it is expected to hit 70f in Alberta today.

Except for the fact that we are all out of work due to low oil prices .... it is God's Country here

Gloat cautiously because if you've spent any time at all in Oilberta, around this time of year, you'll appreciate that this week you're on the deck, in yer shorts, sipping a wobbly pop. Next week... "ohhh crap, where did I put the snow shovel?"
