I have two tiles that are broke, does anyone know were to buy matching replacement ones other than from a forest river dealer? Home Depot maybe?
Thanks,

A good place to start is by giving some idea of what you have.

I would just go through FR. That way you have much better chance of getting a colir and texture match. The grout may be the toughest part though.

Replacement tiles through Forest River
We purchased a 2012 390BH-60 at the end of last season. Have been chomping at the bit all winter ... waiting to take it for a run. We Will be taking it to Banff for Easter Brake as a jumping of point for a ski trip.
We have spent the winter doing minor upgraded as well as taking some proactive steps like ordering spare tile and bed spread. If you are interested in buying them through FR, the contact information is as follows ... Andy Thompson is our parts manager 574-522-1747 is his direct line. Athompson@forestriverinc.com.
The reply I recieved from Andy was as follows.
. The tile that you have requested I need to know if the edges are “squared” or have “radius” edge. Please remember that the tile will not be from the same die lot that the original tile was from and you will experience a difference. The prices do not include any freight or crate charges. The tile is 9 per box. It will need to be boxed for shipping purposes.
The fabric that was used originally on the bedspread is replaced with Santorini Pebble-please see attached picture. The lead time to have a bedspread made is 2 weeks.
Please call 574-522-1747 to place orders. We accept Visa & MasterCard for payment.
Thank you,
Andy

lefaivre,
I see you are from Alberta but if I were you, I would first check around at a place like Home Depot, Lowes, or a tile store for the tile. I'm sure that Forest River didn't have tiles made specifically for them and they should be available from a store locally for a lot less than $7/tile. The same for the bedspread. If you can not find these locally, then you could always order them from the parts department. I find that their prices are usually very high.

The granite tiles I used in my kitchen were $11 - porcelain tiles from Italy, $1.
As you shop, measure the tiles you look at. Production runs vary.

What's the manufacturer? We were thinking of combating the mismatch problem by picking a tile that is a much darker color, then replacing a few extra tiles in a sort of cross pattern. Then we would do the same pattern a few tiles away. That way the mismatch looks intentional. And it adds a bit of interest to the floor. If I could use the same manufacturer, it may help to match the tile heights.

Is the cracked tile a big Berkshire problem or just a minor low incidence situation??

I haven't heard of it much; must be low incidence.

Oh, plus mine came from the factory that way and ours was really a tiny crack, although it was along the length of the tile. It might have even been cracked before it was installed, just not cracked all the way through...but who knows.

If is IS an isolated situation, then I applaud FR. I've laid lots of tile and if FR can keep tiles from cracking on a surface that has to flex a LOT as the coach goes down the road, then they did a GREAT job of engineering/installing that floor.
Boowoh??

They are replacing two that are grooved when the slide was not adjusted correctly. It really is not noticeable. I hope it's not worse with a poorly matched tile.
