USA Travelcare extended warranty

Hi,
I purchased an extended warranty on my coach from USA Travel Care administered by American Guardian Warranty Services of Glen Ellyn, IL.
Does anyone have an extended warranty from this company or has anyone heard of this company? If you have one of their extended warranties, have you ever filed a claim and if so, what was your experience with them as far as getting the claim approved and paid for.
Thanks for your help with this matter.
Tom

TMMAR, don't know anything about the company, but have one question as to why you purchased the warranty on a 2014 Berkshire? have you looked on IRV2 forum website for pros and cons?

Many of the appliances have only a 1 or 2 year warranty. The Cummins engine has a 5yr/100k mi warranty but certain parts (like the water pump) even though installed by Freightliner, only have a 3 year warranty. So, I thought I would opt for the warranty.

Tom, you might want to google USA travel care, sorta on the fence about it. Saw there was many reviews, good and bad. BTW, congratulations on your new Berkshire.

I had answered your previous post on this topic, and yes I purchased a warranty written by this company when we purchased used last year. I have had no issue with them paying on the claim that I submitted.
