Check out this link. There have been several pots lately about this same issue. Good luck! http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ad.php?t=53951

Thinkie,
sounds like you have the same problem that I had- the drive motor/transmission has gone bad. It is a one piece unit that drives the cables that open and close the slide. If you have a '14 coach it will be covered under warranty. It is a big pain to replace so it's best to have a tech do it.

I have a 2014 390 BH and had the same issue the first weekend out. Mine ripped the motor off the wall. Warranty replaced it and I had then reinforce the mount with steel. Also make sure they replace it with the super high torque motor.
Works great now

I go to the dealer and this is the gear that are broken, the pieces are arriving by plane yesterday, but he did not have time to repair before Monday. We need to open the slide out for the weekend, is that its can open by hand?????

I'm pretty sure it will be stuck on the gear. See if you can recruit some muscle to push the slide, but don't force it if it doesn't budge.
