Wash and wax

What do you guys recommend for washing and waxing? And for that matter what's some kinds of applicators used? Like brushes and or pads?

I wash and dry, and then use Meguierr's RV/Marine 50. A two step product, but fairly easy to apply and remove, and it seems to last quite a while.

I tried Pinnacle XMT 360 Spray Wax, and that was a disaster. Left an oily looking rainbow "in" the wax. Had to use a cleaner/polish to get the Pinnacle off.

I give mine a regular wash and then use NuFinish wax twice a year, spring and fall. NuFinish is a liquid polymer type wax that goes on very easy and just wipes off when dry. It took me 1 full day to wash and wax my 40'er.

For washing, I've have good success with Meguiar's products, their Gold Class product seems to work pretty good. For waxing, we've used NuFinish and are pleased with the results from that as well. We just waxed our rig a couple of weeks ago by hand. Standard wax pads to apply, microfiber towels to remove. For the fall, I'm going to buy an orbital or d/a polisher to do the waxing. For the roof, Murphy's oil soap.

Smile Wash Wax All

We were out this last weekend at Mountaindale RV Resort and this fella in a huge Tiffin Allegro Bus was cleaning and waxing his unit with a spray bottle and extendable wand. We got to talking and he has been using this Wash Wax All from Aero Cosmetics. I watched him for awhile and decided it was easier than the waxon/waxoff method. The entire set is about $190 dollar but in the long run it might be worth it. He has been using it for years. His wand even busted and they sent him a new one plus some more liquid for good measures.
If anyone is now using this product speakup and tell us what your experiences are with this system.

You use 303 on painted surfaces?? I thought that stuff was only for fabric.

Wouldn't it leave a oily film on the paint??

Maybe I'm missing something??

Boowho??
