Water pressure.

I have no water pressure with the water filter in. I take the filter out an all is good. I even drilled the hole bigger in the filter and still no pressure. Do I need a new pump?

Do you have the same issue when connected to city water? I have a problem when the filter is in both ways. So far I either run with the biggest micron filter it that works or I just remove it.

That's kinda odd guys. I've never had problems with the filter. Maybe you have one that isn't quite the right size?

Where did you get your filters? I've been getting mine at lowes, you can find two filters that look the same, length etc, but noticed some have only a small hole at either end and others have a large openings. You didn't by chance pick some up with the small opening? Was half way out of store when I looked down and saw only a small hole and went back to get the other ones.

The filter we use have a large opening, some filters have what looks like a plug inside the opening and that may reduce water flow. Would guess if your presure/water flow is good with filter out then you might have picked up a filter with a plug inside.

dan,
The OP has a 2011 Berkshire. Not sure when they went to the new FR1 filter cartridge but I had an '08 and it had a more generic, whole house (stick and brick) filter that used cartridges that I could get at Lowes. The new cartridge is proprietary to Forest River and you can only get replacement cartridges from them.
