Are you hooked up to city water?
Is your fw tank full?

Your description is pretty vague.

How much water in your FW tank?

Did you hear the pump come on when you turned the switch on?

Not hooked up to city water. Yes have plenty of water in FW tank. No pump not coming on. Lights indicating tank on work. Checked wiring at pump it looks good. Going to check connection in control panel on wall in coach. We may need new pump. ;(.

It just doesn't make sense that you get water with pump off but don't get water with pump on?

I'm assuming it's worked fine until now?

There is a fuse several inches from the pump or should be.

Check both switches, not sure if that will matter but it's worth a try.

And please clarify that you get water without the pump coming on???

Do you have any idea where fuse at base would be? It the original pump still.

Not sure if you have one on there or not, but there might be a filter between the tank and the pump that could have some trash in it.

I had a similar problem that turned out to be a bad connection on the switch located in the wet bay. Cleaned up the contacts and all was well.

Pump could be in bypass for winterization. Pump is used to pump in rv antifreeze. Did not see if it was mentioned, you should here the pump running if is working.

Do you have a multimeter or 12v test light?

If you don't you should get one to keep in the camper.
Your going to need it time and time again.

You need to check for power at the pump with switch on.

the wire coming out of the pump should be about 8 to 10 inches long then a butt connector.
Check there.

Power there ? Pump bad.
No power? Bad switch or wire.

I would hit the pump. It is possible the pressure switch is stuck. This would be no water situation If high pressure from city water hit the pump the switch might be bad.

Pumps do go bad. Mine did after a couple years. Replacing the pump is easy. Check out my previous post about my pump dilemma.
