although you wouldn't be able to lock the propane door. Legally it has to be open at all times in case of fire. Installing a lock on it is a ticketable offense.

I looked at these. Been looking for cam locks for three years. No one makes one long enough for our thick Berk doors.

I would love to find a combination cam lock. I have also thought about modifying a cam lock to make it longer.

Silver I'm not sure of this answer without going out and measuring the thickness of the bay doors. Do you know how thick they are ? Wanting to know for length of cam lock that would be needed.

I have forgotten. I measured once. Could never find a cam. Called several manufactures and was told they are not made that long. I want to say we would need 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 length.


Doors are much thicker than fuse panel door.

I've found quite few that are 1 3/4". Here's one.
Cam Lock, 1-3/4 - ESP
I even found a 2" one.
