Weather stripping coming off Berkshire

I own a 2011 Berkshire 390-BH. The weather stripping located under the bunk slide out is coming off. I've taken the coach to a dealer that sells Forest River units, but not Berkshires. They indicated that they may have to take the slide out completely to put on a new weather strip. Does anyone have a factory contact name/number of Berkshire division that I can contact to get thier thoughts.
