Does it have a seat belt? If not, that's why the sticker is there.

Rare facing dinette seat in 3170 has the same. No seat belt. Not using during transit.

I have to wonder if any passengers in a motorhome actually use a seatbelt other than the driver and co-pilot.

Remove it and stow it with the Do Not Remove Under Penalty Of Law label you removed from your mattresses for the next owner.

It is most likely required by the Federal Government nothing to do with CYA(Cover Your Ass) by the manufacturer. All vehicles built since 1968 have had to have seatbelts for every passenger in a motor vehicle.

I believe you cannot be rear facing in a vehicle now.. Unless a firetruck or similar.

That's just plain nuts..... rear facing seats provide the best protection in a crash.... Or have "they" changed their minds on that idea?

When I was in the Air Force I spent a good bit of time on AF Cargo aircraft. When configured for carrying passengers the seats were always rear facing.

Boowho??
