What's this for

Found a flexible shaft extension for holding screwdriver bits about 9" long in the tote box with all the coaches books / manuals.

Before I go and destroy it, is this something that's provided by FR for a specific function in the coach ? Standard issue or something that the previous owner left in the tote ?

I believe that is used when your slide fails. One end in the electric drill.

If you loose power to your slide you can use it too bring your slide in by placing one end into the motor and the other in a drill.

X2

It can either fit in the end of the hydraulic pump if you have hydraulic slide or if you have Accuslides then see below or you have a mix......

Hey Fonzie, thanks for the pdf. I will print a copy and keep it in my coach file. I also was unsure of the purpose of that tool.

X3 - when I purchased my 2014 Berkshire last week, I found one of these devices in the records file and wondered what it was for. Thanks for the answer!
