Windshield Shade Creeping

My sunscreen shade moves very slow and will speed up during some of the travel. I am concerned that it may be the motor. Any tips on replacing the motor will be appreciated.

I know there has been threads about this, but I give up on using the search function. Upon searching (Berkshire only) I get like 499 threads covering things that do not even have my search words in,
Hank

Hank I have replaced both motors. It simple pull the shades down and the motor is just slid in the end. 20 minute job. I chose to just cut the wires and splice the new on in.

I got both of them from FR. I was close by both times so no shipping charges. The price was close to Amazon.
