As for transfering them - I suspect it would be like the VIP Smart Wheel. Doable but expensive

Bob, I wonder if we could rig something up with door lock actuators? What do you think fellow travellers? Here's an example of one kit.

I was told once that the Berkshire locks are different than the Charleston and can not be made into a keyless entry. Would require new doors I guess.

I don't know why this would not work. At least 4 of the basement doos would be power locks!

I think we could come up with a wiring harness and then we would have to figure out a mounting system to the doors. My only worry would be how to bypass the system in case of a power outage or equipment failure. I guess I have all winter to figure it out
