2013 Crusader stove

We have a new Crusader. About the second time I used the stove top for cooking the front burner caught fire, seconds after it lit. Turned the gas to light and used the spark lighter. It lit immediately and I turned the burner down a bit, a few seconds later it was on fire! I turned the burner off. Now the burner is toast.
The back 2 burners seem to work ok. Should I be using them? We are on the road and won't be available for repairs with Prime Time until later. Just wondering if anyone knows why this happend or if the stove shouldn't be in use until it's replaced or repaired. Thank you!

I have numerous questions about our Crusader and will begin with this issue.
Thanks again for any help!

First question and it's a doozy. Unfortunately most new campers have some "growing pains" and there are always little things.

If it were me and my camper, I'd know where the fire extinguisher is and wouldn't leave the stove unattended, but I *would* continue to use the other 2 burners. My bet/guess is that the one burner malfunctioned but it may not a problem that effects the other two.

For some peace of mind, you could potentially have a mobile RV tech come out and do an actual inspection. You'll be out $50-$75 simply for the site visit (and I doubt you'll get reimbursed for it via warranty). But if it helps you sleep better at night, it could be worth it.

I do know where the fire extinguisher is and how to use it now!
I will also check the burner caps and post an update later. Many thanks!

If you mean seated...by being on tight? Yes, they are tight as can be.
