2014 Forest River Solera calibration screen locked

Help! Just took delivery of a 2014 Forest River Solera . When running through the Systems Setup for the radio, when I got to the calibration screen it locked up. Can't get it to do anything. Tried using the remote, no change. Any suggestions?

i don't know how to do this but i think if you disconnect power from it for a minute it should re-boot when power is restored

If Magnadyne there is a reset on the front panel - lower left corner, small hole, insert a paper clip. Good luck!
