Ok looking good.
14 in freezer, 33 in fridge, 51 outside fridge ( just drinks, frequently opened)
That's with thermistor back in since this morning.
Here's the pics for your reference.
Remove cover by rotating 90 degrees black clips. Pull out from bottom.

Remove black cover over circuit board. One Philips screw at the top, use flathead screwdriver to put in slot and slide to the left.
Pops off with a little wiggling.
Locate "Sensor" probe.. On far left side of circuit board.

Third day camping and after plugging in the thermistor in the 2nd day, everything has been holding well.
Looks like we either had a bad connection on the thermistor or we must have not given it enough time to recover last time we camped.
It was also much hotter then.. So that would have added to slow cooling also.
Either way I am now much more educated on RV refrigeration... So that's a plus!
