Unhappy 2015 Prism Air Conditioner

We love our Prism, traveled for 3 months in Florida last winter.
Only complaint is the air conditioner freezes up or does not cool enough to make unit comfortable, also extremely noisy.
Husband use to do air conditioning in homes and thinks unit is undersized or not enough refrigrate in unit.
Our dealer just can't seem to get us time to get in to be seen. Very frustrated, bought this unit brand new.

How big is your trailer ? How many slides ? What kind and how many BTUs is your unit ? Reason I ask is I just took deliver of a FR Hyper Lite XLR 29HFS 33 foot toy hauler with one medium slide.Ours has a 15,000 BTU Duo Therm Brisk II AC unit with ducted air. The trailer definitely has an air flow problem out of the roof plenum discharge registers. The performance of the AC versus trailer heat load is terrible. Not much fun setting in a trailer that’s 82-85 degrees with little free air flow. I live in Texas so I know how you feel. By the way our unit is very noise, and I am partially deaf.
