3 way fridge power priority

Not sure if our frige is a 2 or 3 way. I'll be getting the model# and checking on that tomorrow. However, reading the rather generic manual I find this:

Automatic Energy Selector System
The refrigerator may be equipped with an automatic
energy selector system, either a 2 way or 3 way system.
This system can be set, by the user, to be fully automatic
(when AUTO mode is selected) or to operate on propane
only (AUTO mode is OFF) or DC (battery). If the user
turns the refrigerator on AUTO mode, the AES system
will automatically select the most suitable energy source
available, either 120 volt, propane, or DC.

Auto Mode
When on AUTO mode, the control system will automatically
select between 120 volt (AC) and propane or, on a
3 way system, DC current. AC (electricity) has priority
over propane, and DC current has priority over both. (If the CHECK indicator lamp is on, the lamp will not turn off until the ON/OFF button is pressed OFF and then ON
again.)

Maybe I'm not understanding. If I'm plugged into shore power & have the frige set on AUTO, why would DC have priority over AC?

I would say your fridge only uses DC for the control board and not for running the fridge. The only fridges I have seen that can run on DC are the small ones in popup's. In my popup it had a dedicated DC line coming from the TV connector. So if it had been automatic it could have sensed that power maybe🙄. The popup I had was fully manual so there were three switches for AC, DC and propane.

your Windjammer fridge is 2 way, NOT 3 way.

Thanks guys,
Kinda figured it was 2 way. But a couple days ago the only juice to the trailer was battery & propane was off. Blue lights were on at the frige. The slides were in, so I couldn't get up close for a good look. It got me wondering though.

Since there are still some 3ways in existence. Just for the heck of it you ought to throw make and model out to us. It is most likely a 2 way, but now I am curious, since in my 2way the book does not speak of 3 way St all.
