Make sure 110 volt circuit breaker in AC dist panel is closed providing power to "converter" usally circuit #1. If possible confirm with a voltmeter or probe the converter is receiving power.
Also where the converter delivers power to the battery, there is an inline resettable fuse with a button or lever reset of maybe 50 amp capacity rated 14 VDC with 50 amp trip.
Some converters have two automotive fuses look like automotive plastic U fuses rated 30 amps? not sure. Anyway check both to see if blown, either will shut down the converter. Most important check the battery voltage, should read 13.2 to 13.6, if only 12.5 or less the converter is not working, follow above safety devices first. All these trips are out in the open, no disassembly is required to locate and check.
