I have a 2016 sandpiper 371rebh with a residential whirlpool fridge and my husband is on the road working and has it. the light came on saying to replace the water filter so he did, and ever since he changed it it hasn't made any ice.. he said he took the filter out and it still wasn't making ice, and it was running perfect before this. has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? He checked the valve behind the drawer, wasn't sure which was on and off but we found out in is open (thanks to the wonderful people on this site lol) please help
