A/C Air Flow Amazing without the cover

Last week on the Colorado River our RS320 started getting hot. I only have the one 15K unit and I've tried a number of things listed on this forum to improve the cooling. This time I took the cover off inside the unit to see if I had missed any of the openings that air may have been escaping too. When I took the cover off OMG there was so much COLD air blowing into the living room the unit cooled off the coach quick.

Anyone else experienced this? I'm thinking of cutting out the grill and remounting the cover to remove the obstruction.
