a/c not blowing out right vents

I have a 2017 gt3, the a/c is very weak in all the vents on the right side. Hardly anything coming out the ones in the bedroom. Had it in the shop for a week, got it back still the same. I really don't have the time to have it back in the shop for a week again. I am out of town for my work 5 weeks and home for 1 week. I have plans to use it when I'm home for the next 6 months. I am a former mechanic so if anyone has a direction to point me in I will try and repair it myself.

1st Check the dump vent on the main AC unit. There is a little tab in the vent that will slide the vent on the unit itself open/ closed. Make sure it is closed.
If the left side is still weak.

Remove the inside grill and filter. You should be able to see the two outlet ports where the cold air enters the ducts. Look in the duct and try to determine if the duct is blocked or no connected.
