Also make sure you are not running your fantastic fans which will pull more hot air into the trailer.

You mean the roof vent fans?? We've come from pop-ups so this trailer and all it's "features" are new to us. Thanks for all the help everyone.

Yes the mult-speed fans in your ceiling/roof. If you run them while you are trying to cool you will remove air conditioned air from the trailer which will be replaced by hot, humid air pulled from the outside.
