A/C Temps in 36CKTS (2013 model) ?

What should the nominal outlet ceiling vent temperature be for a Dometic 15K heat pump unit? This unit, originally working fine, has developed some sort of problem with cooling. The vent temp will not go lower than about 58-60 deg F. as measured with a laser temp device. By the way, in heat pump mode I measure in the 90s so I believe the heat side is working reasonably well. The bedroom unit (smaller and A/C only) drops easily to low 40s at the outlet. I'm trying to make a case but have no evidence to back up my claim that 60 degrees minimum (under proper outside conditions) just doesn't make it! Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

Pull the ceiling grill off and take a look.mine was freezing up a couple years ago. Turned out that the foam board had come loose and partially blocked the air flow. Remember, a heat pump is nothing more or less an AC unit putting heat/cold inside. So, if one works, both work!

I agree about the heat/air relationship but since the heat side seems to be doing okay I am really wondering why the cooling side isn't. Air volume is great in both cases. I have no return I can pull off as some units do...ours is ducted and although it has two smaller returns (already cleaned/checked) there isn't anything right under the unit. Got word from Dometic that I should have 16 to 20 deg difference in return air relative to outbound air! I will heat up the RV this weekend and triple check differences. Never any freezing by the way. Thanks for input.
