A/C Zone 1 & 2

I am new to the 5th wheel community just having purchased my 2014 Sandpiper 365. It came with two a/c units. Both tested fine at purchase. Both worked fine on first trip. We went on our second trip and we could not get Zone 2 (master bed) to turn on. The thermostat / control panel would not even recogonize that we even had a Zone 2.

So am I doing something wrong or do I have an a/c unit problem with Zone 2? My thermostat has a zone button that we previously were able to cycle through the two zones but now we can only turn Zone 1 on or off from the zone button.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting or anyone have experience with this same issue in the past?
