A Channel / no sound

Need advice if any available.
I have a 2007 Wildcat 5th wheel that has the Concertone ZX 500 in it, While using it this weekend the A channel speakers went dead, These are the main living room 5.1 sound speakers. I was adjusting the sound on them and they were working, was outside and when I went back in they had no sound. I was adjusting them because they were all bass and seemed to only be coming out the large ceiling speaker now only B and C work. Is there a setting I'm missing? I tried the speakers in all modes, (TV, Radio, DVD, etc.) but no sound on any of the modes on the A channel speakers. I tried a reset to factory default but the manual does not give any trouble shooting tips.
When I first got it the color was messed up on DVD player but that seems to be working great now. Any advice or tips would be apprecaited.

Same thing happened to mine. B and C still work. Fed up and bought an LG home theater system with upverting DVD for less than 200$. Only using the amp receiver, cut the wires from Concertcrap and ran speakers to new reliable LG system Works like a charm

Where did you find the LG system? Is there a website I could take a look at? Does it fill the space the concertcrap is in?
Thanx for the advice

I left Concertcrap in place to fill the hole and installed LG receiver on shelf on my unit near TV. Found LG system on line at the Source on clearance. Was in Walmart yesterday and saw similar unit for $2oo CDN.
I was listening to system last night and what a difference. Will post picture next time

That same thing happened to my ZX 600 Concertcrap, too! The sub still works on "A channel", which is the 5 speaker surround sound in the main living area. I was under warranty when this happened, only it was the same day that I brought my camper home for the first time, BRAND NEW!!! They replaced the unit under warranty, and I haven't had any more problems, thank the Lord!!!
