a/v experts needed

I have hooked my sat up on my 5er and have it hooked to my main living room tv which works fine. I am using a dual tuner dish dvr.

I removed my outside tv ota cable at the booster connection and used that to get dish on outside tv.
I won't be needing ota antenna reception on outside tv as I have locals on my dish.

Now my question is this. If I get out of the area the locals on dish will not work and I would have to pull my concertone head unit to switch back the cable for the Ota antenna.

Do they make a switching accessory to switch the cable from one cable to the other via a wall plate?

Thanks, Ron

Here is some information on the type of switch that you're asking about, although on on a wall plate:

Is there such a thing as a TV, coaxial cable splitter with a switch on it? So I can switch from one to th

That's what I'm looking for.
those shown would work but I don't want to have cables exposed.
Now that I know what to call it I'll see if I can find a wall plate mounted version.

Well I figured out how to use what you showed bob.
I can mount selector switch under a/v cabinet and then
use 90 degree coax adapters.
So I'll drill 3 holes under cabinet and install 90 degree
coax adapters on switch then mount it.
then from the top or inside the cabinet I'll install the coax cables to
the 90 degree adapters poking through.
problem solved!
Thanks for the advice!

By the way if any one is interested in doing the same.
to be able to have sat inside and out with a dual tuner
dvr you need to get an scs2a duplexer and a coax a b switch so if your out of
range for your locals from dish you can switch the a b switch for ota
tv locals outside.
