Question AC - Air flow problem

Hello All,

We bought a new 2012 Surveyor SV305 35ft Eco-lite edition around seven months ago. Beautiful Coach, and we love it except there is very low air flow coming out of the ducts and it has a hard time keeping the coach cool in 80 degree weather. The air that does come out is very cold but just not enough air flow. It has a 15K air conditioner. It is currently at the repair shop (dealer) and under warranty but they are saying that there is nothing wrong with it. This is our 3rd coach and our previous coach was a 31 ft Jayco which we never had a problem cooling it and it had a 13 btu AC. We spoke to service manager, he said all duct work was fine and not obstructed or collapsed. They are taking a second look. Has anyone had this issue before? Any Suggestions?

Does your A/C have a 'quick cool' feature where it just blow out at the unit not the ducts. It would be interesting to compare the air flow 'quick cool' vs ducted.
