Update:

I pulled the covers on both units and cleaned the coils. One of the two had a huge mud dobber nest on the coil. I don't think that affected it too much. Over all the coils weren't too dirty. From there I inspected the filters. I discovered both were filthy to the point they were for the most part clogged. I cleaned them thoroughly and reinstalled. I ended up getting 48* out of the rear unit and 52* out of the front. I think I'm in good shape for the season.
